For the future.
She told me that the old way of having the manager do the interviews without any knowledge of the applicant was a real pain. She said that she would use our applicant tracking systems for all of her hiring needs in the future. I looked up the “Do anything” file which was our biggest list of all, and I told her that the next ten people consisted of mostly twenty year olds and eight men and two women. I told her that I would fax the applications over to her and let her pick from them and if she needed some more I would send her over some more.
