I really love kids.  It in fact is rare that I dislike a child.  Once I learned how to start a daycare and ran my own daycare company, I have found that there are sometimes children that I dislike.  In daycare, it is important to teach and love the children that are entrusted to you.  When a child is very difficult to like, I have to go out of my way to create a relationship with them.  I have found that involving their parents in this process really helps.  The more open and honest I am with the parents about their child, the better I am able to bond with their child.
