What Are the Symptoms of Panic Anxiety Attacks?
I think that I might be having panic attacks. Can anyone tell me what are they symptoms of panic anxiety attacks? I want to make sure that is what this is, otherwise I definitely need to go to the doctor to find out what else might be causing these attacks. I think I am going to do a search on the internet to find out more about panic attacks and see whether it sounds like this is what my problem is. I don’t know what else it could be. Regardless I should probably go into the doctor to see what she has to say.
