Have you come here looking for weight loss plans for teens?  Are they all that different than weight loss plans for adults.  Well, sort of.  A teenager needs to pay close attention to getting all the proper nutrients because they are still growing and their bodies are still developing.  One of the reasons why teens are getting so fat these days is because they are really not all that active.
