This man is awesome. He is the ultimate party guy. Though he will not bring beer he will bring you six pack abs and his name is Vince DelMonte. He is going with you on your journey to begin your six pack quest. There is more and more to do with this program than meets the eye. We can all see just what is really going on out there.
