Without loan modification more banks would be failing
I love all these people who are having pity parties for the banks. they whine and complain that the banks can’t survive if they keep giving people who are in financial trouble all these breaks. That’s just nonsense. Banks want to do loan modification because they have to. It’s not like when they do these that they’re going to lose money. They’re not. They’re just going to make a little bit less. Boo-hoo Hoo. The banks make billions of dollars off of our backs every year. I think they can settle for a little less profit and keep honest hard-working people in their homes.
