Clip art can be had for free!
It’s interesting to see people’s reactions when they’re first exposed to free vintage clip art. Many crafters and scrapbookers are used to paying high prices for image CDs or patterned, pre-printed papers in craft stores, so when they can get quality images free on the web, they’re thrilled. At first some crafters don’t even know how to download or print the images, because they’re so accustomed to working offline. But once they get it, they can’t stop themselves from downloading all the diverse images that are available! The vintage images are also a great source of creative inspiration, because there are so many subjects covered under the umbrella of vintage art.
